·         are TARGET/REWARD driven

·         are self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team

·         have outstanding sales, negotiation and people skills

·         have an entrepreneurial mind-set and a proactive approach

·         have the right attitude to learn and work in a well-paid, hard but interesting job

·         have proficient computer skills

·         are adaptable and flexible

 

You will be responsible for:

·         selling properties

·         capturing and processing purchaser leads

·         listing properties

·         updating systems

·         assisting clients throughout the sales progression

·         becoming the local experts

 

 

  • Job Type:   Full-time
  • Salary:        Unbeatable conditions/commissions structure for top producers
  • Experience: Prior experience in a Sales Role with proven ability to drive sales and generate new business. Spanish and other language skills a plus
  • Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
