- Introduce you to a fiscal advisor for all your taxation enquiries. We have working relationships with "Gestorias” who will help you with any tax advice and planning that you require.
- Arrange your mortgage application with several banks for you to compare offers.
- Organise the notary appointment for signing of your Lanzare property. Change over all the utilities into your name. Our dedicated administration team is there to help with the setup of direct debits for utilities and any other paperwork that is vital to your purchase or sale.
- Take care of you after the sale in the form of advice on tradesmen, shops or local stockists or anything you want to know! Not only do we sell properties we also develop properties in Lanzarote.
