Your day will include:

Providing support to our market leading sales team
Greeting visitors in a welcoming manner
Maintaining polite and professional communication with clients
Performing high-level, administrative work, including confidential clerical work organizing, scheduling, coordinating, researching…
Handling office tasks (data processing, filing, …)
Performing administration/coordination tasks with other offices and areas

About you:

Welcoming, empathetic and enthusiastic approach to customer service
Flexible and able to adapt, always willing to learn and improve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accurate in terms of data recording, with exceptional computer skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A team player, with a helpful attitude and the ability to problem-solve
Ability to maintain high standards at all times
Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a team (preferably in the Hospitality industry)
Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish

Location: Playa Blanca
Working hours: 10am to 4pm
