We are now looking for an experienced OFFICE ASSISTANT to work in our office in Playa Blanca, providing you with an opportunity to work for a successful agency in a high-performance sales environment.

Your day will include:

 

  •          Providing support to our market leading sales team
  •          Greeting visitors in a welcoming manner
  •          Maintaining polite and professional communication with clients
  •          Performing high-level, administrative work, including confidential clerical work organizing, scheduling, coordinating, researching…
  •          Handling office tasks (data processing, filing, …)
  •          Performing administration/coordination tasks with other offices and areas

 

About you:

  •          Welcoming, empathetic and enthusiastic approach to customer service
  •          Flexible and able to adapt, always willing to learn and improve
  •          Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •          Accurate in terms of data recording, with exceptional computer skills
  •          Excellent time management and organizational skills
  •          A team player, with a helpful attitude and the ability to problem-solve
  •          Ability to maintain high standards at all times
  •          Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a team (preferably in the Hospitality industry)
  •          Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish

 

 

  • Location: Playa Blanca
  • Working hours: 10am to 4pm
